1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chronos Game ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Chronos Game and is accessible at chronosgame.online.

2. Description of Service

Chronos Game is a skill-based PvP gaming platform built on the Solana blockchain. The Service includes real-time player-versus-player combat, competitive rankings, tournaments, a skin marketplace, and associated features. The game uses in-game points and SOL (Solana cryptocurrency) for various transactions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and Wallet

  • You connect to the Service using a Solana-compatible wallet (e.g., Phantom)
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
  • We do not store or have access to your private keys
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet connection
  • One account per wallet address is permitted

5. In-Game Items and Skins

  • Skins and in-game items are digital cosmetic assets within the Chronos Game ecosystem
  • Skins provide gameplay bonuses (stat modifiers) within the game only
  • Skins can be purchased, traded on the marketplace, won in tournaments, or obtained via promo codes
  • We reserve the right to modify skin attributes, pricing, and availability
  • In-game items have no guaranteed real-world monetary value outside the platform

6. Skill-Based Gaming

Chronos Game is a skill-based competitive game. PvP combat outcomes are determined by player strategy and decision-making. The skin wager system allows players to stake cosmetic items on match outcomes as a competitive feature. This is not gambling — outcomes depend on player skill, not chance. Players choose their moves strategically in each round.

7. Marketplace

  • Players may list skins for sale on the marketplace at prices they choose (subject to minimum price rules)
  • All marketplace transactions are processed in SOL on the Solana blockchain
  • Sales are final once the blockchain transaction is confirmed
  • We may charge transaction fees on marketplace sales
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
  • Engage in match-fixing or collusion
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or rewards
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
  • Use the Service for money laundering or illegal activities

9. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for: lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses, failed transactions due to network congestion, fluctuations in SOL value, or wallet security breaches. You use the Service at your own risk regarding cryptocurrency transactions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, code, and game mechanics of Chronos Game are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES RELATED TO CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS OR IN-GAME ACTIVITIES.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
